- Start from downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon (you can use the intersection of A Ave and 1st St as a starting point).
- Head south on A Ave toward 2nd St.
- Turn right onto 2nd St.
- Continue onto State St.
- Use the left lane to merge onto OR-43 S/S State St via the ramp to West Linn.
- Use the left two lanes to turn left onto OR-43 S/SW Terwilliger Blvd.
- Continue to follow OR-43 S.
- Use the right lane to take the ramp to Beaverton.
- Merge onto I-5 N.
- Take exit 293 for I-405 N toward City Center.
